Spicy Taqueria Carrots
Since I've been farming in the Redlands I've become obsessed with the spicy pickled carrots you can find at the legit taquerias. Since we grow amazing carrots, we figured why not make our own rendition. So we take the runty or misshapen carrots, clean em, chop em, and add them to a delicious vinegar brine with local jalapenos, red onion, Mexican oregano and cumin. They're a personal favorite, and as long as we're going carrots, we're making these pickles! 16oz Jar
