Zucchini

We get to enjoy this summer squash all "winter" long! Zucchini doesn't need much attention in the kitchen; it's as perfect grilled with just olive oil and salt as it is cooked into a ratatouille.  These beauties are grown by St. Simons Farms and sold by the pound.
